This Policy applies to paid Connect subscriptions made through the Apple App Store. The website waitlist is free and does not take payment.
1. Apple bills the subscription
When a Connect subscription is available and purchased in the iOS app, Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account. Apple’s terms, taxes, billing methods, regional rules, and refund process also apply. By Blue Jones does not receive your full payment-card details.
2. Prices and plan information
The price and billing period presented in the final Apple purchase confirmation control your purchase. Website or review material may describe approved plans but is not proof that a particular product is currently available for purchase. Currency, tax, and price may vary by storefront as Apple displays before confirmation.
3. Automatic renewal
An auto-renewable subscription renews for the stated period unless you cancel through your Apple Account before renewal. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to its terms. Connect cannot cancel an Apple-billed subscription on your behalf.
If you are aged 13–17, you must have parent or legal-guardian authorisation for a paid plan where applicable law requires it. Connect may record your attestation of that authorisation before presenting the Apple purchase flow. A guardian who believes a minor subscribed without required authority should contact us and use Apple's refund or subscription-management process as appropriate.
4. How to cancel
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Connect, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- You may also manage eligible subscriptions through Apple’s account subscription page.
- Deleting the app or your Connect account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple.
5. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation normally stops future renewal. Unless Apple or mandatory law provides otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period and no further period is charged. Feature access may change when the entitlement expires.
6. Refund requests
Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support. We may provide information reasonably needed to investigate an entitlement, but we cannot promise, approve, or issue a refund that Apple controls.
7. Trials, discounts, and promotions
A trial, discount, or promotion applies only if Apple presents it in the purchase confirmation. Eligibility and conversion to a paid subscription are governed by the displayed offer. If no offer is displayed, none is promised.
8. Service problems
If paid access is missing after a purchase or restore attempt, contact connect@bybluejones.com with the Apple transaction date and product name, but do not send full card details or passwords. We may ask you to use Restore Purchases and may reconcile the entitlement through RevenueCat and Apple records.
9. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under Norwegian or other applicable consumer law. Rules for digital content and withdrawal may depend on when supply begins, the consent shown at purchase, and Apple’s role as the storefront. Where mandatory law gives you a stronger right, that law prevails.
10. Enterprise and direct agreements
If By Blue Jones later offers an Enterprise subscription or other service under a separate written order form or invoice, that agreement will state the applicable cancellation, renewal, and refund terms. This Policy does not create a direct-billing option that the Service does not currently offer.
