This Policy explains the browser storage and analytics technologies used on the Connect website. It does not cover storage inside the iOS app, which is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Current position
Connect does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page traffic and device-level performance without third-party cookies. Vercel identifies a short-lived visit using a hash created from the incoming request; the visitor-session hash is automatically discarded after 24 hours.
2. Analytics data
- Event timestamp and page URL.
- Filtered query parameters and referrer.
- Approximate country, region, and city.
- Device type, operating system, browser, and analytics-script version.
- Anonymous page views or events that are not shown as tied to a named individual or IP address.
3. Essential technology
The hosting platform, browser, and network may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security, routing, load balancing, form submission, or fraud prevention. These are used to provide the service you request and not for advertising.
4. Waitlist
When you submit the waitlist form, your email and the form-placement source are sent to the Connect waitlist service and Resend. This is not a cookie, but it is personal-data processing covered by the Privacy Policy. We use it only for the launch updates you request and related service administration.
5. Legal basis
Strictly necessary technology is used to deliver and secure the website. Privacy-focused, cookieless audience measurement is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding whether the website works and which pages are used, balanced against visitor privacy. Where local law requires consent for any future non-essential storage, we will request it before use.
6. Browser controls
You can restrict cookies or site storage in your browser. Because Connect currently does not use advertising cookies, there is no advertising-cookie preference to opt out of. Blocking essential browser functions may affect form or navigation behavior.
7. Future changes
If we introduce non-essential cookies, advertising technology, or materially different analytics, we will update this Policy and add a consent control where required before activating them.
